Who we are

[COMPANY NAME] (company no. [COMPANY NUMBER]), [REGISTERED ADDRESS], operates this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

The details you give on the quote form: name, phone, email, postcode, job description and any photos you upload.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and to pass it to one suitable independent contractor who will contact you about a quote. If you tick the optional solar box, we also share your details with an MCS-certified solar installer. Lawful basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in providing the service.

Who we share it with

The contractor (and installer, if you opted in) and our service providers such as hosting and CRM. We do not sell your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and keep proper records, then it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
